Refunds and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may simply return the complete unopened set within 30 days of your order for a full refund.

Before shipping your return, please contact us at sales@vo11.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items must be returned within 10 days after receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization number and must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging with all included materials intact.

All returns must be authorized by Breslow Corporation within 30 days of the purchase date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. All non-defective returns authorized by Breslow Corporation are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
